3rd Annual - The Taste of Music - THANK YOU

The Big House Blues Band would like to thank everyone for attending the 3rd Annual Taste Of Music event at the Trillium Banquet Center in Spring Lake, Michigan on October 22.

The band had a blast and the event seemed to have been a huge success.

Also, thanks to Mission For Area People organizer's Sharon Harris and Diane Stubbs for doing a wonderful job and being gracious hosts. Star 108 DJ Britta Cleveland also did a marvelous job as M.C. for the event.

We have posted photos of the show in our scrapbook here: BHBB Scrapbook

BHBB has already accepted an invitation to play at next year's 4th Annual event and is looking forward to it. Watch for info on the show about this time next year.

Congratulations Kaylin Anne !

BHBB would like to congratulate Kaylin Anne and her high school marching band their taking first place this past Saturday at the MCBA state finals, held in the Ford Fieldhouse in Pontiac. They are the Flight II State Champions, under the direction of Charles A. Hodson, for the 3rd year in a row!

Kaylin and the band will be taking their "GENERATION i" show to the RCA Dome in Indianapolis on November 17 to compete at the BOA Nationals. Good luck!

Kaylin is Jimi Ray's very talented daughter and has previously performed with the Big House Blues Band. Jimi is extremely proud of his girl.
