THANK YOU
published July 21, 2009

Hey guys!

Thanks to those of you that were able to make it to our show Saturday at Muskegon Bike Time! We truly appreciate your attendance at each show you're able to make. The band had a blast and is humbled to have been chosen to take part in such an important event for Muskegon.

Our thanks goes out to Tim Lipan for the opportunity and the entire Bike Time staff for putting on the event.

Studio sessions for our next CD will be kicking in again this Friday. Of course this has put the target date for completion out a ways again, but we're commited to getting this done! So keep watching this space and our website for more updates.

We've finally gotten some pics posted of our Parties In The Park show from this past May. When you get a second, surf on over and have a look! BHBB Gallery

Our next show will be August 11 at the McGraft Park Summer Concert series. More details below...

The next Killer Blues show will be on September 18, 2009, at The Howmet Playhouse in Whitehall, MI. Headlining will be West Michigan's own Big House Blues Band, and will feature special guests RB & Company (another West Michigan Favorite), and Washboard Jo.

This show will be a benefit to raise money for the purchase of a headstone for Washboard Sam, aka: Robert Brown.

From the Killer Blues website: "Killer Blues is dedicated to preserving the legacies of the great blues men and women by raising funds to purchase headstones for those artists who through circumstance, or poverty, were buried in unmarked graves."

The historic Howmet Playhouse first opened in 1916. It currently is a top notch facility with a state-of-the-art stage lighting and sound system.
